Each drill received for repair is inspected by knowledgeable CANUN technicians. Observed condition of the drill, identified wear or damage, and the apparent causes of failure. Findings may include normal component wear, inadequate lubrication, operating conditions, maintenance practices or other contributing factors, where identifiable.

• Repair Estimate & Customer Approval

Following inspection, CANUN prepares a repair estimate detailing labour and replacement parts required. The estimate is submitted to the customer for approval before work proceeds.

• Professional Repair & Bench Testing

Approved repairs are completed and the returned drill is accompanied with recommendations for operational adjustments, preventative maintenance or lubrication practices where appropriate.

Technical Support & Preventative Maintenance
